Notre conseiller.ère acquition de talent gère le cycle complet de recrutement, incluant l'acceuil et les relations avec les partenaires externes.
Au quotidient vous serez amené.e à:
- Gérer le cycle complet du recrutement pour tous les postes vacants, de la publication de l'offre d'emploi à l'intégration.
- Collaborer avec les partenaires internes pour définir les exigences du poste, les profils des candidats et les processus d'entretien.
- Rechercher des candidats via plusieurs canaux : sites d'emploi, réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), réseautage, recommandations et approche directe.
- Construire et entretenir un solide bassin de talents pour les besoins futurs en matière de recrutement.
- Diriger et coordonner les initiatives de recrutement sur les campus, notamment les salons de l'emploi, les programmes de stages et les partenariats avec les universités du Québec, de l'Ontario et aux États-Unis.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marque employeur afin d'attirer les meilleurs talents et de renforcer la réputation de l'entreprise.
- Créer et gérer le contenu marketing lié au recrutement sur les plateformes de réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Veiller à ce que les candidats aient une expérience positive tout au long du processus de recrutement.
- Suivre les indicateurs de recrutement et fournir des rapports sur les activités d'embauche, le bassin de candidats et les performances.
- Se tenir informé.e des tendances du marché, des informations sur la concurrence et des techniques de sourcing innovantes.
- Participer et contribuer à des projets spéciaux au besoin.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe en lien avec le poste.
Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous devez posséder:
Diplôme universitaire en Gestion des Ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe
1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Maîtrise d'outils ATS tels que Workable, DayForce.
- Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités
Rigueur, précision et souci du détail
Le français et l'anglais sont requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités en dehors de la province de Québec.

Our Talent Acquisition Advisor will manage the entire recruitment cycle, including onboarding and relations with external partners.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Lead and coordinate campus recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, internship programs, and partnerships with universities.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Create and manage recruitment marketing content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring activity, pipeline, and performance.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive insights, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Be involved and contributed to special projects.
- All other relevant tasks.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- University degree in Human Resources, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in talent acquisition tools such as Workable, DayForce.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- French and English are required for this position to conduct activities outside the province of Quebec.
