Are you looking to join a team of recruiters that take pride in finding the right candidates to join the LCBO? Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will help build our talent and participate in projects, by providing outstanding support to our high-volume Talent Acquisition team. You will be the main contact on-site candidates and provide a positive candidate experience as you facilitate the stages of the recruitment process.

About the Role
- You will assist with full cycle recruitment, which includes post jobs, review applications, schedule and conduct interviews, extend job offers, conduct background checks and provide other administrative tasks.
- Work with our RSC Talent Acquisition Specialist to determine labour needs for multiple warehouse positions.
- Respond to applicant inquiries regarding roles and recruitment and selection process.
- Update HRIS (Workday) as searches progress, ensuring data integrity.
- Attend career fairs to attract talent and promote LCBO as a Great Place to Work
- Maintain multiple HR reports, measures, and statistics.
About You
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field
- Interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Previous experience providing administrative support to an HR leader or team.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Enjoy working in high-volume recruitment, whilst handling confidential materials and information.
