The Role

  • Location:
    GTA (Hybrid - 1 day/week in-office).
  • Target:
    Mid-to-senior level brand executives.

    Manage the full funnel. You prospect, you qualify, you consult, and you close.

Core Responsibilities

  • Self-Sourced Pipeline:
    Manage top-of-funnel outreach with a disciplined daily cadence (80+ outbound touches) to high-intent brands.
  • Insight-Led Discovery:
    Lead with data. You'll use our internal tools to present category trends and market-share gaps that challenge a prospect's status quo.
  • Full-Cycle Closing:
    Navigate complex discovery, qualify fitness based on our structured framework, and drive deals through to execution.
  • Trade Show Strategy:
    Execute "pincer" movements for 10+ annual North American trade shows—pre-show audits, specialized outreach, and high-value on-site meetings.

Professional Profile

  • Experience:
    3–5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience (Agency or SaaS preferred).
  • The "Hunter" Mentality:
    You possess the rare discipline to maintain high-volume outreach while simultaneously managing a closing pipeline.
  • Analytical Fluency:
    You can translate category reports and data points into a compelling narrative. You don't just sell services; you sell ROI.
  • Executive Presence:
    Comfortable asking rigorous, challenging questions to senior stakeholders while maintaining a consultative, professional tone.
