Wealth Solutions is looking for someone to join our Funds Inforce Management team in a technical role as a Product Specialist. This role reports to the Associate Manager, Funds Inforce Management.
This role provides an opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of and experience with segregated funds and mutual funds products. This is an exciting role as it will give you an opportunity to be involved in a variety of Wealth Solutions projects that impact our products, advisors and clients.
What you will do
- Conduct technical analysis and perform policy calculations for our inforce segregated fund policies;
- Investigate segregated fund fee-related inquiries and support various PDP exception requests;
- Prepare Management Expense Ratio (MER), Trading Expense Ratio (TER), and Fund Expense Ratio (FER) reporting;
- Support regulatory initiatives, including the implementation of total cost reporting requirements; and
- Collaborate on product feature enhancements and maintain thorough documentation.
What you will bring
- The ideal candidate possesses the following skills/experience:
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills;
- Strong technical skills, which include advanced skills in Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to make sound business decisions using judgement;
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at one time;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team;
- Able to foster collaborative relationships across the business and facilitate cooperation;
- A proactive mindset and a drive to improve processes and outcomes;
- Adaptable to change; and
- Previous experience with wealth products would be an asset.

The base salary for this position is between $52,800 - $ 97,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
