-
Serve as the platform enablement contact for product lines adopting foundational services, guide them through onboarding, integration patterns, security expectations, and SLAs.
-
Work with security and CIAM teams to ensure compliance with OAuth/OIDC, mTLS, cert rotation, token exchange flows, and API governance.
-
Track and report platform adoption metrics, performance insights, usage patterns, and stakeholder feedback.
-
Create clear communication artifacts e.g., service onboarding guides, release notes, roadmaps, FAQs, and "How-To" documentation.
-
Support external vendor coordination and ensure delivery meets Interac architectural and operational requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
-
3–5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role or related field.
-
Experience in technical product management, platform product ownership or development experience.
