Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Supervise and coordinate field staff and subtrades to ensure timely and professional job completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Utilize your existing book of business to drive growth and secure new opportunities.
- Ensure all projects comply with IICRC standards and industry best practices.
- Attend sites, prepare scope, estimate costs, and manage budgets effectively.
- Handle emergency response situations, including being on-call as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects.
- Travel to Calgary as needed to support project execution.
- Assist with marketing and business development efforts to expand brand awareness and client outreach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the restoration industry.
- IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, AMRT, FSRT) are required.
- Proven book of business with established client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, local building codes, and industry regulations.
- Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and estimating software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
