Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Supervise and coordinate field staff and subtrades to ensure timely and professional job completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Utilize your existing book of business to drive growth and secure new opportunities.
  • Ensure all projects comply with IICRC standards and industry best practices.
  • Attend sites, prepare scope, estimate costs, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Handle emergency response situations, including being on-call as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all projects.
  • Travel to Calgary as needed to support project execution.
  • Assist with marketing and business development efforts to expand brand awareness and client outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the restoration industry.
  • IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, AMRT, FSRT) are required.
  • Proven book of business with established client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, local building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Solid understanding of insurance claims processes and estimating software.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Valid driver's license.
