St Albert, Alberta, Canada Davis Safety Consulting Ltd Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to, full cycle accounting:

-Perform full cycle accounting including daily journal entries, accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations as well as oversee accounts receivable department

-Responsible for monthly fincancial statements and remittances-Preparation of year end financials

-Manage payroll and benefits adminstration-Key liaison with external parties such as CRA, auditors and banks

-Provide analysis and work with management to set and implement corporate objectives

-Manage and ensure compliance with contractor management platforms

-Conducts cashflow projections, budgeting, COGS analysis and forecasting

-Manage investments and reserves-Assist with fleet management

Qualifications

:-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

-5+ years accounting experience

-Must have experience with Sage 50 Premium Accounting and cloud-based payroll systems

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and 365

-Ability to speak, read and write English fluently

Salary range for the position is commensurate with experience and education.
