We are seeking a motivated, experienced Sales Associate to join our small team in a full-time, on-site role focused on EVACU B sales. This position involves frequent outbound calling to hospitals in Canada and the U.S. Only serious candidates who are confident on the phone and highly organized should apply.

Position Details

  • Schedule:
  • Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Fri: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • No evenings or weekends
  • Commission: Available after a 3-month performance review (retroactive from the start date)
  • Travel Opportunities: Eligibility for trade show travel after 6 months

Key Responsibilities

  • High-volume outbound calling and email outreach to hospitals
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and activity in HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Conduct virtual product training sessions (Zoom/Teams)
  • Manage the sales process from quoting to delivery coordination
  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience
  • Clear, confident telephone voice (frequent calling to the U.S.)
  • CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong time management
  • Comfortable working on-site in a small team environment

Note: This is an on-site, phone-heavy sales role. Applicants must be comfortable with daily outbound calling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.5 per week
