Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage cashier responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
  • Ensure food safety standards are consistently met through proper handling and storage of food products
  • Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely order preparation and service during peak hours
  • Support team members in all aspects of restaurant operations as needed

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety protocols preferred
  • Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction management
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and proper food handling practices
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue

Pay: $15.50-$16.50 per hour
