Calgary, Canada Sweet Rice Foods Inc. Full time

This job is 8 hours a day, Wednesday to Sunday (Monday and Tuesday are off days). We are looking for an all around Sweet Rice Crew Member that can deliver amazing customer service in the front of house, and complete all deliverables in the back of house.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an amazing, consistent customer experience with every customer you interact with in person or digitally
- Following tactical service routines, best practice processes and procedures on all administrative and operational activities
- Processing card and cash transactions, clearing transactions, abiding by current policies
- Providing assistance and coaching to other Customer Service Specialists
- Assist with donut production during off hours. Mixing dough, glazing/decorating donuts, and packaging donuts.
- Frying of donuts
- Dishwashing
- Assist with donut production prep. Preparation of ingredients and supplies as necessary adhering to AHS food preparation standards
- Organizing customer and large event pre-orders/wholesale orders

**Education and experience requirements**
- Food Handling Certification (online course & test, paid for by Sweet Rice)
- Customer service and/or sales experience is required
- Experience with different Social Media platforms and utilizing them personally (at a minimum)
- Experience in the food industry is appreciated but not necessary

Note: This job description is for a general crew member position with a focus on donut production. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the bakery.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
