As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and assisting customers with their orders. Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve skills related to food preparation, serving, and customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Experience with food preparation and handling is an advantage.
