Job Summary

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist/ Booking Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Pleasantly greet patients, confirm and obtain information to register patient

· Schedule patients for various diagnostic imaging exams either in person or over the phone

· Maintain and update patient records as necessary

· Call patients to remind them of upcoming exams

· Provide patients with support and guidance as needed

· Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct at all times

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

Qualifications:

· Able to communicate in a courteous manner at all times

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently

· Customer service experience is welcome but not required

· Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
