WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Come join our amazing South Common Dental practice Our practice is looking for a Dental Receptionist to help take our growing practice to the next level. We are looking for a candidate who is hard working, motivated, passionate and dedicated. At Southcommon Dental, we strive to provide our patients and community with the best dental hygiene care possible and are therefore looking for someone who is as committed as we are in building strong patient relationships and contributing to the ongoing oral health of our community and giving them the smile of their dreams.

We are looking for a candidate who works both effectively in a team environment and independently who possesses a positive attitude and will treat every patient and staff member with integrity, respect, and care in a professional and caring environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responsibilities include (but are not limited) to making impressionable and lasting relationships with clients, answering calls, booking patients, billing patients, handling insurance documents claims/pre-authorizations, optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps, manage cancellations and overcoming objections to motivate client to keep their appointments, maintain patient database, and manage and file all patient records and charts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous receptionist experience is preferred;

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Well- organized and reliable

-Proficiency with a computer
