Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and warm leads, while effectively communicating our product offerings to potential clients. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through effective communication and customer service.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products, answer inquiries, and provide information about services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs effectively.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase sales volume.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and features relevant to client requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, with a focus on B2B sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to engage in outbound calling and warm calling strategies to generate leads.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales processes is a plus.
