Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing an exceptional shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing transactions, and showcasing our products through engaging demonstrations.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, enhancing the customer's understanding and interest.
  • Engage in technology sales, offering knowledgeable advice on technical products to meet customer needs.
  • Perform merchandising tasks to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain organized sales areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness at all times.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
  • Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high-quality service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Familiarity with technical sales or technology products is a plus.
  • Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with customers and team members.
