Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work independently. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality installations including but not limited to; built-in fridges, Panel ready dishwashers, wall ovens, cooktops, range hoods and laundry units.

Job Outline

  • KNOWLEDGE OF MIELE PRODUCT INSTALLATION WILL BE A PLUS
  • Majority of work is in newly constructed condominium units throughout the GTA
  • Perform installations of appliances according to specifications and safety standards. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST.
  • Installation experience is helpful but not required; work ethic and attitude more desired - we will train as needed
  • Communicate with site supervisors to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift weight in excess of 60 lbs.
  • push and pull appliances with an appliance dolly
  • ability to walk up and down multi levels of stairs

Required Certificates

  • All training can be arranged once hired
  • WHMIS Certification (Online test)
  • Working at heights Certification (Day training program)
  • Workplace Safety Training

Specific Skills

  • Experience with a wide variety of tools including drills, screw drivers and hand tools is a MUST
  • Must be good with a tape measure and read accurate/precise measurements.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently, both in written and verbal communication
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
