About the Role:

BBH Landscapes is hiring reliable Snow Removal Labourers for the 2025/26 winter season. This is an on-call, contractor-style position, ideal for hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and want to earn competitive pay clearing residential and commercial properties.

You'll be responsible for snow and ice removal using shovels, scrapers, backpack blowers, snow blowers, and ice melt — all provided by BBH Landscapes.

Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable vehicle or truck to transport equipment

  • Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset

Important Details:

  • This is a seasonal, on-call, weather-dependent position — pay is based on days worked
  • Workers are classified as independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, CPP, and EI
  • All snow removal tools and materials are supplied by BBH Landscapes
