Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong food handling skills, and be comfortable working in a busy restaurant setting. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and safety guidelines
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including the kitchen and dining spaces
  • Assist with food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
  • Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure timely service
  • Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and sanitation standards
  • Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to the food industry and restaurant operations
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
