**Company Description**

Midtown Golf is Oakville's premier golf simulator and recreational club located just off the QEW Dorval Dr. Our facility offers top-of-the-line Full Swing technology with five premium simulator bays, including one executive/private bay, and a putting area for a complete golfing experience. Besides golf, we also provide a range of sports on our Multi-sport Simulators, creating a versatile and engaging experience for our customers and members.

This is a Full-Time on-site Team Member role located in Oakville, ON at Midtown Golf. The Team Member will be responsible for assisting with daily club operations, coordinating events, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our valued members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily operations, including scheduling tee times, simulator set up, and general maintenance of the simulator bays
- Collect drink orders and serve beverages in a timely manner
- Act as a brand ambassador for Midtown Golf, fostering positives relationships with guests, members, and the local community
- Contribute to our marketing team to promote events, memberships, special offers through various social media channels
- Assist with monitoring inventory levels, including alcohol, snacks, and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of golf and/or sports is an asset
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Smart Serve Certified
- Facility maintenance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
