Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales and have a passion for technology. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with potential clients. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to leverage CRM software to manage customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and closing sales deals successfully.
- Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
