We are an asset-based refrigerated trucking and warehousing company located in Surrey, BC. We operate our own fleet and provide reefer freight, cross-border transportation, destuffing, palletization, and short/long-term storage services.

We are looking for an experienced Freight Sales Representative with 3+ years of direct trucking or logistics sales experience. Only candidates with proven industry experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new freight and warehousing customers (reefer, dry van, cross-border, and storage)
  • Sell transportation services, destuffing, palletization, and warehouse storage
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
  • Work closely with dispatch and warehouse operations to secure equipment and space
  • Provide bi-weekly sales reports
  • Make consistent outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Build long-term relationships with shippers and produce customers

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the following:

  • Freight brokerage / 3PL sales
  • Carrier sales or logistics account management
  • Selling transportation or warehousing services
  • Reefer or cross-border freight sales (strong asset)

Retail, insurance, car sales, and general sales experience will NOT be considered.

Only apply if you have direct experience selling freight or logistics services.

Compensation

  • Competetive base salary depending on experience
  • Uncapped commissions — top performers can earn $150K–$200K+
  • Performance bonuses
  • Commission draws available (with repayment limits)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
