The Collaboration Specialist is responsible for owning the Video/Voice Solution focused selling activities
aligned to an overall account strategy and the Account Executive (AE) with existing or new accounts. This role
focuses on driving innovation, value proposition, account acquisition, pipeline management, and strategic
collaboration, and delivering forward-thinking service offerings that address client needs in a rapidly evolving
technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Use collaboration expertise to drive proactive initiatives for Video/Voice solutions.
- Provide expert support and lead technical sales leads.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors' value propositions and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Achieve sales quotas and drive successful sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the AE to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality pipeline management and strategic collaboration.
- Establish and maintain consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including executive leadership
- Develop and present outcome-based solutions tailored to customer business needs
Education & Experience Recommended:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth.
- Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships.
- Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

- Expertise in collaboration solutions and technical sales.
- Strong business acumen and customer trust.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities.
- Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends. (i.e. "platform" / marketplace…).
- Comfort with new technology and AI

Compensation and Benefits
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,650 to $263,650 CAD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. Pay within this range will be based on the review of experience, skills, and internal equity.
As a full time, employee of HP Canada, you will be eligible to participate in the company's group benefit programs, including medical, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. During your employment term, you will receive 15 paid vacation days per year prorated based on your start date. Detailed information regarding benefits—will be provided upon hire and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
