We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Aluminum Capper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring clean, professional finishing around garage door openings that meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.

A Day in the Life of an Aluminum Capper

Each day, you'll:

· Install aluminum capping around garage door frames and exterior trim

· Measure, cut, bend, and form aluminum to fit various door and building styles

· Ensure all work is completed neatly, watertight, and with attention to aesthetic detail

· Operate brake and hand tools safely and efficiently

· Load materials and tools, maintain an organized work vehicle, and ensure jobsites are clean

· Communicate with homeowners, builders, and teammates to ensure work meets expectations

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures

· Assist with related finishing or installation tasks as needed

What You Bring

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in aluminum capping, exterior finishing, or related

· Strong measurement and cutting skills, with attention to detail and precision

· Experience using brake machines, snips, and hand tools

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

· Physically capable of lifting, bending, and climbing ladders as required

· A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract

· Strong communication skills and a professional appearance

· Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in workmanship

Additional Role Details

· Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Location: GTA and surrounding areas

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (occasional overtime)

· Compensation: Piece Rate
