Dawson Creek BC, Canada Pavlis Trucking Limited Full time

Applicant must be able to work on Kenworth trucks, Cummins engines, Caterpillar equipment, airbrakes, trailers, Ford diesel pick ups and miscellaneous other equipment.

Heavy Duty Mechanics with Red Seal and inspector's ticket required for at least one of the positions, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Valid Class 5 required with a clean abstract.

Qualities we are looking for include: ability to work in a fast paced shop environment, ability to problem solve, enjoys working in a team atmosphere, good communication skills, organized, effective time management skills, and proficient with completing required paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dawson Creek, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • mechanical: 1 year (preferred)
  • Heavy Equipment Mechanics: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Journeyman (preferred)
  • Trade Certificate (preferred)
