About the position:
The Quality Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and improving our Management Systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across operations. This position is responsible for initiating and managing non-conformance reports and CAPAs, conducting thorough root-cause analyses, and driving corrective actions. The role involves writing and updating policies, procedures, and work instructions, as well as coordinating change control activities to support organizational standards.

What you'll do:

  • Initiate and log non-conformances and CAPA reports
  • Investigate non-conformances using an appropriate root-cause-analysis methodology
  • Write and revise policies, procedures, work instructions
  • Conduct and participate in management system audits
  • Coordinate change control activities
  • Attend customer and/or supplier meetings as requested to discuss and provide information about non-conformances
  • Present information to internal stakeholders on metrics and findings pertaining to the Management Systems
  • Assist in the training of staff on principles pertaining to the Management Systems
  • Travel will be required to sites throughout the year
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Science or related field
  • 2–4 years in a quality-focused role within manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, BRCGS or other relevant Quality Management systems
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, CAPA processes, and change control
  • Ability to write and revise policies, procedures, and work instructions with attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting metrics and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience delivering or assisting with staff training on quality principles
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or QMS software is an asset
  • Bilingual in French/English is considered an asset

Le/la analyste de qualité joue un rôle clé dans le maintien et l'amélioration de nos systèmes de gestion afin d'assurer la conformité, l'efficacité et l'amélioration continue des opérations. Cette personne sera responsable de l'ouverture et du suivi des rapports de non-conformité et des CAPA, de la réalisation d'analyses approfondies des causes fondamentales et de la mise en œuvre des actions correctives. Le rôle comprend également la rédaction et la mise à jour des politiques, procédures et instructions de travail, ainsi que la coordination des activités de gestion des changements pour soutenir les normes organisationnelles.

Ce que vous ferez :

  • Initier et consigner les non-conformités et les rapports CAPA
  • Enquêter sur les non-conformités en utilisant une méthodologie appropriée d'analyse des causes fondamentales
  • Rédiger et réviser des politiques, procédures et instructions de travail
  • Réaliser et participer aux audits des systèmes de gestion
  • Coordonner les activités de gestion des changements
  • Participer aux réunions avec les clients et/ou fournisseurs pour discuter des non-conformités
  • Présenter des informations aux parties prenantes internes sur les indicateurs et les résultats liés aux systèmes de gestion
  • Contribuer à la formation du personnel sur les principes des systèmes de gestion
  • Déplacements requis sur différents sites au cours de l'année
  • Autres tâches selon les besoins

Qualifications :

  • Diplôme postsecondaire en assurance qualité, sciences ou domaine connexe
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle axé sur la qualité en milieu manufacturier, chimique ou industriel
  • Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la qualité (ISO 9001, BRCGS ou équivalent)
  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse des causes fondamentales, des processus CAPA et de la gestion des changements
  • Capacité à rédiger et réviser des politiques, procédures et instructions avec rigueur
  • Expérience pratique des audits internes et soutien aux audits externes
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite pour présenter des indicateurs et interagir avec les parties prenantes
  • Expérience en formation ou en soutien à la formation du personnel sur les principes qualité
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse de données
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office; expérience avec SAP ou logiciel QMS est un atout
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais est un atout
