  • Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases, ensuring functional, regression, integration, and load testing are well covered.
  • Diagnose, isolate, replicate, and document defects, and verify resolutions in collaboration with development teams.
  • Review requirements and design documents with the Business Analyst team to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing test results, identifying patterns through AI tools, and recommending solutions to improve product quality.
  • Assist the Product and Support teams in client-facing troubleshooting, training, and issue resolution.
  • Hold and facilitate test plan and test case reviews with team members.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the QA role throughout the Agile and Waterfall SDLC as required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of QA experience testing web applications, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or TestComplete.

  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience testing mobile applications or cross-platform solutions.

Great to Have

  • Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured).
