As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Konverge, you'll play a key role in ensuring our applications meet the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with developers, business analysts, and client support teams to test, diagnose, and help deliver reliable software solutions.

You'll be responsible for designing and executing both manual and automated tests, leveraging modern AI-assisted testing tools and frameworks to improve coverage, efficiency, and insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow and contribute to the Konverge QA process, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor standardized QA processes and artifacts that align with project deliverables and organizational goals.
  • Leverage AI tools to assist with test creation, defect prediction, exploratory testing, and regression optimization.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using modern test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
  • Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases, ensuring functional, regression, integration, and load testing are well covered.
  • Diagnose, isolate, replicate, and document defects, and verify resolutions in collaboration with development teams.
  • Review requirements and design documents with the Business Analyst team to ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing test results, identifying patterns through AI tools, and recommending solutions to improve product quality.
  • Assist the Product and Support teams in client-facing troubleshooting, training, and issue resolution.
  • Hold and facilitate test plan and test case reviews with team members.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the QA role throughout the Agile and Waterfall SDLC as required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of QA experience testing web applications, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or TestComplete.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, or GitHub Copilot for test generation).
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience testing mobile applications or cross-platform solutions.

Great to Have

  • Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured).
  • Exposure to AI-driven analytics, anomaly detection, or predictive defect modeling.
  • Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
