Your Impact:
As part of theProduct Marketing organization, you'll join a global team of thinkers, builders, and storytellers driving a modern content ecosystem for theBusiness Network business unit. You'll harnessAI-powered tools to analyze performance, identify emerging audience needs, and personalize messaging at scale.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners — from Brand to Demand — to continuously evolve how we plan, create, and optimize content. Whether through immersive videos, data-driven narratives, or interactive digital experiences, you'll transform insights into stories that connect and convert.
What The Role Offers:
- Architect acontent strategy powered by AI insights — connecting every asset to measurable buyer and customer outcomes.
- Experiment withAI-assisted ideation, editing, and tagging to accelerate production and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Partner with Brand, Digital, and Creative teams to build next-generation content experiences across channels.
- Leverage analytics and AI-driven optimization tools to measure engagement and continuously refine performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to define thought leadership that sets OpenText apart in the conversation around digital trust and intelligence.
- Create frameworks, enablement guides, and storytelling templates that empower teams to build better content, faster.
- Champion customer-first messaging grounded in data, empathy, and experimentation.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 6+ years leading content programs in technology, software, or media.
- Proven ability to useAI and analytics to uncover insights, streamline workflows, and drive better creative outcomes.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of buyer journeys and persona-based messaging.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital performance analytics, and content lifecycle management.
- A portfolio showcasing your range — from strategic frameworks to creative execution.
Nice to Have:
- Experience creating content forAI, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Legal Tech, or Supply Chain audiences.
- Hands-on familiarity withgenerative AI or content intelligence platforms.
- Background working with agencies, freelancers, or creative partners in complex organizations.
