Assistant Superintendent

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Superintendent to live on-site and work at our residential apartment building in Hamilton, Ontario. We invite couples or teams of one or two to apply.

Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 split equally between the team of two,

plus 2 Bedroom apartment valued at 30, 000 plus benefits

  • Self-starter
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent cleaning skills
  • Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and maintenance
  • Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
  • Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
  • Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
  • Experience in similar role required
  • Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
