**Jolan Properties Inc.**is a property management company that specializes in the management of multi-residential apartment buildings located in the GTA and Mississauga. We are currently looking for someone to fill the part-time position of **Assistant Building Superintendent**. Applicants for this position will be self-motivated and professional. You will be working alongside the Building Superintendent as well as the Property manager in order to successfully manage a residential complex.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Daily cleaning of the interior/exterior of the complex
- Daily inspections of interior/exterior common areas and mechanical rooms
- Responding to Tenant inquiries
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- On-Call Duties
- Suite Turnover

**Requirements for this Role**:

- Experience is an asset
- Strong housekeeping and customer service skills
- Ability to perform maintenance is an asset
- Knowledge of building systems is an asset
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively is an asset
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Available some evenings and weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
