**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain building systems and equipment
- Coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a superintendent
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and industrial maintenance systems
- Knowledge in daily building inspection (mechanical rooms, building systems)
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance issues promptly
