The Condominium Building Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of the condominium building and its facilities.

The Building Superintendent should be a hands-on individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensure the proper functioning of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems

Oversee the upkeep and cleanliness of the building, including common areas, hallways, and elevators

Manage all aspects of building maintenance, including minor repairs and replacement of equipment and fixtures

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other applicable laws

Assist contractors and vendors with repairs, maintenance, and renovations

Respond to managements requests in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate records of maintenance & repairs

Provide support to the Property Manager as needed

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a building superintendent or similar role

Knowledge of building systems and maintenance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Availability to work weekends and evenings in emergency situations

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a condominium or apartment building setting

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)

Ability to climb stairs, work in confined spaces, and operate machinery

**Salary and Benefits**:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the condominium corporation.

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
