We're growing and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story through great content, strong digital presence, and creative campaigns.Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting our inventory, managing our online listings, and creating engaging content for our website, social media, and email campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who's both creative and detail-oriented—someone who enjoys photography, video editing, and digital marketing, and who wants to be part of a fast-paced, hands-on dealership environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Photograph and film new and used boat inventory.
  • Upload listings to Dealer management software and ensure accuracy on our website and third-party sites , Kijiji, AutoTrader, Facebook Marketplace, etc.).
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube by creating and posting new content daily.
  • Create and edit content (photos, videos, short-form Reels, how-to videos etc.).
  • Design and send promotional emails and newsletters maintaining and segmenting subscriber lists.
  • Write blog posts and build landing pages for promotions, seasonal events, and new product launches.
  • Keep Google Business and Facebook hours up to date; post dealership holiday hours or announcements.
  • Update roadside signage and coordinate dealership advertising materials.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure promotions and marketing efforts align with sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Photography and videography experience (boats, vehicles, or similar products preferred).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, , etc.).
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft OneDrive for file sharing and collaboration.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a seasonal environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the marine, automotive, or powersports industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or online advertising.
  • Drone or action-camera experience.
