Service Manager





The Gentlemen Pros is hiring a Service Manager to lead day-to-day service operations and drive a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You'll coach and manage a team of technical professionals, oversee scheduling and dispatch, and ensure operational metrics are achieved. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and can build a "growth through service" culture that drives customer satisfaction and future business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage a team of technical professionals to maximize performance, engagement, and achievement of objectives
  • Lead daily service operations including scheduling, dispatch, and job coordination
  • Measure, monitor, and drive achievement of operational metrics; provide reporting and analysis
  • Develop and reinforce a Growth Through Service mentality that drives customer satisfaction and long-term business growth
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally
  • Perform regular reviews of cost, quality, safety, and productivity metrics and execute improvement plans
  • Drive team performance through goal setting, observation, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Improve workflows, systems, and team accountability to strengthen operational consistency
  • Introduce new initiatives that support continued growth and improved service delivery
  • Create alignment between corporate goals and individual performance objectives
  • Maintain standards for professionalism, communication, and cleanliness
  • Uphold high quality of standards by reinforcing tried and true systems that have contributed to our growth and success as a company

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in a leadership role within a service-focused environment
  • Residential home services experience is considered a major asset
  • Strong ability to develop, coach, and bring out the best in technical professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to retain top talent and build a high-performing team
  • Strong competitive awareness with the ability to coach and drive performance accordingly
  • High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and strong leadership presence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize in real time
  • Comfortable using CRM, scheduling, and field service software
