Our client is seeking a
Senior Service Owner
with expertise in agile delivery, data and analytics, and digital transformation to lead product teams in modernizing registry services and replacing legacy systems within the Land Titles Registry.
Must Have skills
5+ years' experience with-
- Agile framework experience (SCRUM)
- Leadership in digital product development
- Business analysis and gap analysis
- Data reporting, analytics, and metrics development
- User acceptance testing and quality assurance oversight
- Stakeholder engagement and operational planning
- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools
- Understanding of land registration systems and legislation
- Change management and service evaluation expertise
- Product roadmap development and legacy system replacement
- Project management in agile and hybrid environments
- Experience in defining KPIs, dashboards, and data governance compliance
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight from discovery to implementation of digital services
- Lead product teams to develop user-centric digital products
- Plan and execute redesign of operational processes for new services
- Recommend operational and legislative changes aligned with digitization
- Monitor and report on program outcomes, efficiencies, and cost savings
- Oversee UAT, QA, and set acceptance criteria for deliverables
- Resolve scope trade-offs and prioritize requirements by business value
- Conduct user-centric research and support modernization opportunity design
- Contribute to replacing legacy systems via strategic planning and collaboration
- Coordinate with technology partners to deliver incremental benefits
- Recommend technology and sourcing strategies for system replacement
- Champion agile and digital practices, including reporting and stakeholder demos
- Define and prioritize data product visions, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Ensure compliance with data governance and translate business needs into user stories
