We are seeking a talented Spanish Translator to join our team at Mercer Kitchen Hall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating a variety of documents, materials, and communications from English to Spanish and vice versa. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring effective communication with our Spanish-speaking clients, customers, and partners.
Responsibilities:- Translate written materials such as emails, reports, presentations, and marketing materials from English to Spanish and vice versa
- Interpret verbal communications during meetings, conferences, and other events
- Ensure accuracy and quality of translations while maintaining cultural sensitivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide language support and ensure consistency in messaging
- Research industry-specific terminology to enhance translation accuracy
- Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a professional setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and cultural nuances
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field is preferred
