At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us We are looking for a Branch Administrator to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swan River, MB.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the initial customer support for the branch by greeting and directing customers, answering phone calls, and performing a full range of clerical and support activities. You get to deliver quality work in one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations. Creating positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. 

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, greet customers, and direct to proper parties in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Perform general clerical duties - typing, emailing, mail, data entry
  • Prepare cash/bank deposits and reconciliations
  • Prepare standard letters, documents, or training material
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Arrange catering for events/meetings
  • Maintain customer lounge/coffee areas
  • Process Sales Department documents including lien searches, buyouts, funding, leases, and cash deals
  • Participate in regular inventory tracking
  • Assist other departments as required including room booking/preparation, event planning

Requirements

  • Have exceptional customer service skills, and high level of confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures
  • Knowledge of cash handling, and general accounting processes
  • Are a self-starter with ability to organize and multitask
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • High school/equivalent education, Business or Admin certificate would be an asset
