Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a full time, work from home, Data Entry & CRM Specialist. In this role, you will work extensively with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools to manage, organize, and maintain high-quality, accurate data in our database. The position involves repetitive data tasks, so a commitment to precision, consistency, and focus is critical.
We are looking for candidates from India only at this point in time.
You will be responsible for managing and updating CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, organizing and processing client information and providing administrative assistance. Additional responsibilities include generating reports as needed, maintaining data integrity, and working collaboratively with team members
to support operational activities.
Reliable high speed internet connection, a good computer and a good grasp of the English language are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM database with precision and consistency.
- Perform data entry with high accuracy, spotting and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
- Apply and enforce data formatting requirements, validation rules, and storage processes.
- Independently manage multiple projects from start to completion within assigned timeframes while collaborating effectively with team members through shared databases.
- Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes.
- Ensure quality control by double-checking work for typos, duplicates, and formatting errors.
- Support the Deal Origination and Executions teams as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
and prior data entry/database experience is very valuable. - Strong computer literacy
, including advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.). - Exceptional attention to detail,
the
ability to spot and correct even the smallest errors. - Strong project management skills
with the ability to self-direct and meet deadlines. - Excellent critical thinking skills,
the ability to analyze information objectively and make reasoned judgments, process and format unfiltered data accurately. - Ability to categorize, label, and store data logically and consistently.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable with
highly repetitive tasks
without losing accuracy or motivation. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and workflows.
- Comfortable working in remote environment
