Role Description:

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings and plans

  • Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, Adobe, Lumion to produce accurate and high-quality designs

  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

  • Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans

  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve any design issues or challenges that may arise

  • Maintain organized project files and documentation

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the design process

  • Coordinating with architectural, mechanical and structural Revit models and or cad documents

  • Model existing buildings in Revit, including both architectural and structural elements

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software

  • Experience with architectural software such as Revit, AutcoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, and Adobe

  • Knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
