Role Description:
Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings and plans
Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, Adobe, Lumion to produce accurate and high-quality designs
Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans
Collaborate with project teams to resolve any design issues or challenges that may arise
Maintain organized project files and documentation
Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the design process
Coordinating with architectural, mechanical and structural Revit models and or cad documents
Model existing buildings in Revit, including both architectural and structural elements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software
Experience with architectural software such as Revit, AutcoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, and Adobe
Knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
