Main Responsibilities

  • Complete installation, field service, preventive maintenance and repair of loading dock, overhead door, commercial door equipment while on site
  • Work with coordinators for parts requirements, scheduling, and technical support
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of required parts on trucks - identify and report when quantities are low and require re-ordering.
  • Maintain a clean, organized company truck and operated in a safe manner.
  • Complete required company forms and PMP checklists in a timely and appropriate fashion.
  • Complete ongoing required training to ensure you are able to perform your duties in a safe manner. Demonstrate proper safety procedures and product knowledge

Qualifications

  • Commercial dock and door industry experience or exposure
  • Must be highly proficient with hand and power tools and committed to working in a safe manner
  • Sound mechanical and electrical knowledge is a must and must be supported by working experience and training credentials
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving abstract
