Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to lead the design, documentation, and implementation of system integrations between front-end applications and backend platforms. The role involves creating technical specifications, API documentation, and integration solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards. The analyst will bridge business and technical teams, translating functional requirements into actionable technical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical solution design and integration documentation (REST APIs, middleware, system interfaces).
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation: API specs, sequence diagrams, solution blueprints.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support API governance, version control, and integration standards.
  • Contribute to data architecture, process digitization, and intelligent automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years as Technical/System Analyst or Solution Designer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of system integration patterns, REST APIs, and middleware.
  • Experience producing clear, concise technical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Helix Remedy).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Additional:
Knowledge transfer and comprehensive documentation for ongoing team use will be required.
