The Global Wealth Engineering Technology team is seeking an exceptionally skilled and technically adept Senior Technical Business Systems Analyst to drive system architecture, integration, and optimization efforts within our organization. As a Senior BSA, you will be responsible for deep technical evaluations, advanced system designs, and ensuring seamless interoperability between complex enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, databases, and automation frameworks, and is adept at translating technical insights into business-focused solutions.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- System Analysis & Design: Conduct deep-dive analyses of business and technical requirements, ensuring scalable and efficient system designs.
- Technical Expertise: Develop, refine, and implement complex technical solutions using advanced methodologies and tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, business users, and IT teams to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation or process enhancements to improve system performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics to extract insights, forecast trends, and support business strategies.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Enterprise Architecture & System Analysis: Assess and refine complex multi-tier architectures, including cloud-based and on-premise solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Technical Solution Design: Define system workflows, API interactions, and database structures, focusing on scalability, security, and performance optimization.
- System Integration & Interoperability: Develop strategies for integrating disparate enterprise systems, leveraging middleware, APIs, and messaging protocols such as REST, SOAP.
- Database & Data Management: Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (SQL, NoSQL) and implement robust ETL processes for efficient data transformation.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of production issues.
- Analyze and classify incoming incidents (INCs) to identify patterns, recurring issues, and potential system problems.
- Manage the full lifecycle of incidents from logging to resolution and closure, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
- Monitor and triage incidents using ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and escalations as needed.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Maintain documentation of known errors, workarounds, and resolution procedures.
Skills

- Strong understanding of incident management processes and ITIL framework.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for monitoring, reporting, and workflow management.
- Experience in classifying and categorizing incidents into system problems, enhancements, or user errors.
- Ability to interpret and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
- Excellent business communication skills—both written and verbal—for stakeholder updates and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and propose improvements to reduce incident volume
