**Overview**
Copper Kettle Coffee House is seeking a skilled Chef, Cook, or Baker to lead our kitchen operations. You'll be responsible for preparing a diverse range of high-quality food items, from fresh morning pastries to delicious lunchtime meals, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute early morning preparation of a variety of breads, baked goods, and pastries.
- Prepare diverse lunch items, including sandwiches, pizzas, soups, and other cafe offerings.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Manage inventory, including accurate record-keeping of ingredients and products.
- Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
- Complete the majority of kitchen tasks independently and efficiently within established timelines.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food handling, food safety, and fire safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including experience with inventory management, cost calculation, and stock control.
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both customers and team members.
- The ability to confidently work independently on kitchen tasks without assistance from front-of-house staff is highly advantageous.

**Compensation**

Your salary will be competitive and reflective of your experience and the level of responsibility you are prepared to manage.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week
