The organization drives national initiatives, promotes industry excellence, and provides resources in areas such as education, advocacy, and recognition. By leveraging a wide network and national committees, BOMA Canada shares expertise and advocates for advancements that benefit its members and the industry as a whole.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar, email and meeting preparation for the CEO
- Briefing notes, presentations and correspondence
- Travel planning for the CEO and leadership team
- Board and Committee meeting coordination using BoardEffect
- Agendas, Board Books, minutes and action tracking
- Monthly VISA reconciliations and SAP Concur support
- Logistics support for conferences, Board meetings and VIP engagements
- Maintain governance and administrative records
- Support general office processes and assist with operational tasks as required
Nice to Have
- Ability to assist with routine systems or technology coordination as needed.
What You Bring
- 5 to 7 years senior administrative or executive support experience
- Strong governance and minute taking capability
- Excellent organization and writing skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with BoardEffect or Concur is an asset
- Sound judgment, confidentiality and strong professional presence
Contract Details
- Full time term role, expected to run 12 to 18 months.
- The contract will end when the employee currently in this position returns.
- Hybrid work model with designated in-office days each week. Some travel may be required.
- Responsibilities reflect the core scope of the role and may evolve as organizational needs change.
