With the opening of our new Maison in Vancouver, we're entering an exciting new chapter, expanding our presence, partnerships, and creative projects. We're now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) to support our Founder and help bring this next phase of OKOKO's story to life.
The Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a purpose-driven, luxury brand. You'll work directly with the Founder across executive, marketing, and brand initiatives, helping bridge creativity, operations, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder with scheduling, communications, and coordination of Maison activities, collaborations, and meetings.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content that reflect OKOKO's distinctive brand voice.
- Liaise with creatives and collaborators to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Help organize Maison events, guests appointments, and special projects with excellence and attention to detail.
- Maintain project tracking, follow-up systems, and content calendars.
- Conduct light research and brainstorming for new launches and brand initiatives.
- Support the Founder with administrative tasks such as organizing files, preparing simple invoices, or coordinating vendor communications as needed.
- Represent Maison OKOKO with professionalism and enthusiasm at select events or networking opportunities (occasionally accompanying the Founder to brand or industry gatherings).

You are organized, resourceful, and reliable with both creative flair and professional discipline. You love learning, take pride in your work, and feel inspired by the chance to support a visionary founder in building something exceptional.

- Have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Are passionate about beauty, luxury, branding, or marketing.
- Are excited by variety, from assisting with photoshoots to refining brand content.
- Value mentorship and want to grow your skills in brand building, marketing, and operations.
- Have a strong sense of aesthetics, integrity, and professionalism.
Bonus skills (not required but great to have):
- Canva, Adobe, or design familiarity.
- Experience with social media management or newsletters.
- Basic familiarity with Shopify or project management tools.

You'll receive direct mentorship from the Founder, gaining insight into luxury brand strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership and the chance to help shape the next chapter of Maison OKOKO.

Beyond the role itself, this is an opportunity to be mentored and immersed in the world of luxury branding and entrepreneurship.
