The Patient Care & Sales Coordinator manages the full consult-to-start process, ensuring every lead is nurtured, every consultation is meaningful, and every patient feels supported from first contact to treatment start.
Key Responsibilities: Manage new leads and consultations, provide information and support, present treatment options and financing clearly, follow up after consultations to encourage treatment starts, maintain lead tracking, and help drive monthly conversion goals.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or patient coordination (dental/Orthodontics preferred), strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized, proactive, and confident discussing financials.
