Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care & Sales Coordinator located in Calgary, AB. The Patient Care & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with patients and the team. Daily tasks include managing sales operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and supporting the orthodontic team in delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Sales Coordination and Sales skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in dental or orthodontics is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales, dental and orthodontic fields are beneficial
