Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position is vital in the hospitality industry, where cleanliness is paramount to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.
  • Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high-quality results.
  • Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies, such as toiletries and linens.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Knowledge of custodial procedures and best practices is a plus.
  • Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
