Unique Kitchen Craft is seeking an experienced Kitchen Cabinet Designer / Drafter with a strong background in the kitchen and bath industry. We specialize in New Custom Homes (Millwork). The ideal candidate is independent, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed kitchen and bath designs, drawings, and shop drawings
  • Draft accurately using Mozaik software
  • Communicate with clients, site staff, project managers, and internal teams
  • Participate in design development for multi-unit and high-rise projects
  • Assist with estimating, including:
  • Breaking down project scopes
  • Scaling drawings and layouts
  • Reviewing project documents for takeoff
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Support project workflow by wearing "many hats" as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a must
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Mozaik software
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with clients
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-starting attitude
  • Understanding of multi-unit and high-rise construction workflows
  • Strong organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Mozaik software
  • Familiarity with millwork construction and cabinetry detailing
  • Ability to read, interpret, and scale architectural plans
  • Experience supporting estimating or takeoff tasks
