Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and carpentry, with the ability to read and follow blueprints and design specifications. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in building, assembling, and installing high-quality cabinets and custom woodwork.

Responsibilities

  • Build, assemble, and install cabinets according to specifications and design plans.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and finish wood materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents accurately.
  • Perform trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and custom cabinet installation.
  • Collaborate with team members on-site, including fixture installation and door hanging.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Assist with restoration and remodeling projects, including water damage and mold remediation when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Experience & Skills

Required:

  • Cabinet making and woodworking
  • Cabinet installation (kitchen/bath/custom)
  • Trim and frame carpentry
  • Blueprint reading and fabrication
  • Construction site experience and heavy lifting ability
  • Proficient with power tools

Preferred / Asset Skills:

  • Construction estimating
  • Concrete forming, plastering, rebar installation
  • Roofing, siding, caulking, and stucco work
  • Plumbing, electrical, masonry, flooring, and tile laying
  • CNC operation and assembly work
  • Experience in restoration (water, fire, mold)
  • General maintenance and repair skills
