We are currently seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our team at Unique Kitchen Craft, a leading provider of high-quality kitchen cabinets and millwork solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the client's requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure profitable contracts.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of kitchen cabinets and millwork is a plus.
